The class action “opt-out” deadline is

Following on SEVERAL PREVIOUS CLASS ACTIONS INVOLVING CVT TRANSMISSIONS IN NISSAN VEHICLES, a CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT has been reached in the matter of
Teresa Stringer, et al. v. Nissan North America, Inc., Case No. 3:21-cv-00099,
involving transmission defects in these vehicles:
2014-2018 Nissan Rogue
2015-2018 Nissan Pathfinder
2015-2018 Infiniti QX60

If you file a claim before the deadline, you may release your lemon law claims, and receive certain benefits such as an extended warranty on the transmission, reimbursement for transmission repairs and/or a coupon toward a new Nissan purchase.
